On the Question of Why?

Morning Comrades.

We finished Wednesday’s dispatch with the following preposition:

“Where this indignation to disobey their violent dictatorship, why we feel the need to rebel against their version of reality comes from is something we’ll get into on Friday.”
Or, why do we feel the need to not only disagree with our current existence but go that step further and work towards changing it? Why are we angry enough with the world to do what we do? Especially, if you consider it the point of view of the capitalists that give us a life of plenty, security and freedom it sure must come as a surprise when us working peasants get up every now and then and say “up yours” - truthfully, it actually doesn’t. They know full well of the fuckery and misery at their hands but can buy islands like Hawaii to hide on from us.

Nevertheless, in a reality where we are swamped with the illusion of choice and freedoms why do so many of us feel the need to flip their tables? This is a question that goes back to the days of where humanity fucked up and put a fence around a piece of land and created the concept of property, but as far as our reality today goes, it is one of the quintessential tenets of reason and philosophy. From Kant to Hegel to Marx and then Trent Reznor ( plays Happiness in Slavery or rather the entire Broken EP ) - the idea of morality as a driving force of progress and liberation is the big one. I cannot, of course, wrap that entire discussion up in one dispatch but nevertheless offer you a brief insight into the discussion and more importantly offer you a framework to place that burning, inner and indescribable desire to burn their shit to cinders to create a life worth living.

Morality and Why Anger is a Gift.
