Morning Comrades.

This is part story about bullies, the insecurity of what the creation of property and thus capitalism itself created psychologically and ultimately materially does to both us and them, as well as deconstructing their seemingly omnipotent narrative to arrive at a more realistic reality.

Criticising Israel comes with such harsh consequences from the powers that be, no matter if you are in the US, whose ruling class has a very open relationship with that colony or here in Europe where the same ruling class appears to be a little more covert with the support of their imperial outpost. As a matter of fact one does have to think of the relationship between these entities not as support but more of a continuation of capitalist hegemony, our respective ruling classes are not national chauvinists, despite their increasing outward performances but align across borders and offer solidarity only to their own class and that extends to the Israeli ruling class and vice versa.

Despite all of their posturing, akin to the behaviour logically assigned to bullying, Israel is imperialism's weakest link, one which is worth a fortune while having failed to secure legitimacy for a near century. Much of the narrative control, through soft or hard power, over the last 70 some years on the side of the Western Free Press, which does not exist, Arts and Cultural Output exists to create, and to a very certain degree it has succeeded in doing so, a narrative of an all-powerful enemy serves as an excuse to do nothing.

Every theologian, philosopher, historian and so on recognises that the logical conclusion of an omnipotent power is that you either submit or needlessly suffer by resisting its power. We should, at the very least, be conscious of this most inconspicuous transference of divine power to the power of men, that, today, raises the power of Zionism to a quasi-divine status.

All this speaks to a layered contradiction at the heart of global power today. The Israeli state, far from being the untouchable bulwark of Western civilisation it is often portrayed as, is in fact a site of profound vulnerability for imperialism, a garrison-state whose survival depends on relentless subsidisation, ideological enforcement, and military dominance. This fragility, however, is not met with exposure and challenge, but with mystification: Israel is simultaneously presented as an indispensable asset and an omnipotent force.

With that being said, let us explore how that contradiction is upheld not only by imperial institutions but by Western liberalism, centrism, and conservatism alike—each playing a role in disarming critique and turning power into myth and what can be done about.
