When they kick at your front door, how you gonna come?
Morning Comrades.
As so often when I have half a weekend off my thoughts wonder around all of the developments that I have picked up over the week and as it has been for for the past 20 years, all of my warning senses are on full blast. We all know the allegory about the boiling frog in a pot of water and it is absolutely apt for what is happening.
Now, a lot of these points may seem unconnected at first but I do feel they all tie into together so please bear with me and my ramblings. I have had a lot of coffee on this rainy Sunday. For one, a few words about what parody shit show Biden and Trump pulled off earlier last week - I don’t even want to call it a debate, if anything, it was a depressing indication of elderly mistreatment and a clear showing of how isolated the competing factions of the ruling class are from our reality. Additionally, whatever said circus show contained is irrelevant as the decisions about how these next 4-5 years are going to be shaped by said ruling classes have been made long before them. More importantly though, these shows all too often, and in increasing rapidity, seem to serve as a distraction from changes to power relations, not necessarily behind the scenes, but purposely being kept quiet.
Similar to how events such as Black Friday, Thanksgiving, the Super Bowl etc. were blasted across the world using a hugely omnipresent media infrastructure, whilst Israel was committing one war crime after another. Whilst this pointless Trump/Biden bullshit was happening the US Supreme Court decided to further dismantle perceived protections and rights from its citizens to not only strengthen the ruling classes sway on power but to enable its continuing quest to establish a capitalist, fanatical religious society. On a side note, I do find it noteworthy that the sworn enemies of the US empire, countries such as Iran, for example, essentially have already created their wet dream, just with a different angry man in the sky. Side note though.
As, momentarily, shocking as the rulings of the SC in the US are, and they are, if viewed over the span of our collective adulthood, let’s say since the Patriot Act, their decisions are perfectly in line with their trajectory. Now, it is up to debate, whether the logical conclusion of the US led enforced reality of Capitalism is and has always been a theocratic form of fascism, in the sense that it is planned and thus man-made reality, or if it is simply the very nature of the man-made system called Capitalism, and it is simply being followed by blind men. I wouldn’t entirely know how to answer but in the end, the result is in the same - we’re fucked, as in genuinely fucked, and they’re not.
Obviously, the erosion of civil liberties as we have witnessed since the Patriot Act, were always on the deck of the powerful, nothing is as dangerous to a dictatorial elite than a well-fed, housed, healthy and educated working class. Equally, it should and hopefully does, for once and for all, clarify the fact that whatever “rights” and “protections” our ancestors violently fought for were always at the mercy of the capitalists. With the total undermining, erasure even, of organized working class violence, even the threat thereof, since the end of the Cold War, “all” of this was logical. To be absolutely clear, “they” never have and never will be interested in facilitating the working classes basic needs ( shelter, health and care ) and, i hope, after these past 30 years, the jump off point for any organization is this fact:

Freeman and slave, patrician and plebeian, lord and serf, guild-master and journeyman, in a word, oppressor and oppressed, stood in constant opposition to one another, carried on an uninterrupted, now hidden, now open fight, a fight that each time ended, either in a revolutionary reconstitution of society at large, or in the common ruin of the contending classes.
To go forward from the fact that the Western World, the Nato Empire in which the majority of us readers here exist, is approaching its final form once again, because Germany did try before they were just too high on meth and ideology to forget to include the old White Colonial Powers and thus got flack from the West, then begs the question of what to do. What are you, me, our comrades to do? Let’s get one reality out of the way before we look into that question also: they have lists, with my, your, your buddies names addresses and we will be among the first to go. No need to cite that infamous Holocaust Poem again - sure, in their typical European Racist Trajectory, the ruling classes are already going for anyone that is not “white”, around the world, but to be clear, anyone in open opposition to their fascist theocracy, is on a list, and lists are beloved by autocrats “just following orders”.
Whenever events such as last week take place, and again, this is nothing new, I have been reading and partaking in these discussion for decades, the opinion is openly voiced, well, “if it gets this bad here, I will go there” - escapism at best, privileged sociopathic bourgeoise detachment from life in reality. Granted, 40 years ago, it may have seemed plausible to esacpe to the promise of peace in Western Europe if you lived in the US and entered the Reagan era - but lets face, that was nothing but a bullshit lie from Hollywood entirely embraced by a drugged up generation of hippies. No, when I speak about the material reality here in the West, I mean all of it, not just US. Granted, in their psychotic radicalism, the US’ ruling class is always 10-15 years ahead of Continental Europe in regards to manifesting their theocratic fascism, but again, that was 40 years ago. Continental Europe, nevermind the UK, are on the exact same path as the US, if not occasionally advancing faster then the U.S. in their quest of death & destruction.
Now, I am absolutely not the person to ask if one should stay or go, fight or not fight but I have, for myself, decided a while ago that escapism for one, will never be financially feasible and most definitely is morally indefensible. I’m here, and seeing that they really do want a fight, they can have one.
